Despite what CCHMC preaches, we are NOT all in this together.
CCHMC's Executives, Doctors, Faculty, and Management are NOT part of CCHMC's Pension and have NEVER been part of CCHMC's Pension. Therefore, they have not taken the same cuts to their retirement or their total compensation that we have.
CCHMC's Executives and Managers are not going to take any steps that hurt themselves financially. But they have NO ISSUE ripping your pension away. They have NO ISSUE with your MASSIVE compensation cut. They have NO ISSUE hurting you financially, hurting your family financially, and hurting your future.
While the doctors you work with may be sympathetic to our fight, they have not taken the same cuts that we have. They can be allies, but they and their families are not going to feel the same financial hurt that we will feel as a result of the unilateral decision of CCHMC's Executives and Management.
